This week, we participated in the grand opening celebration of the Northshore Concert Hall at Inglemoor High School. We were thrilled to finally celebrate the completion of this beautiful building and recognize the successful collaboration between the design-build teams.
The unique and elegant facility includes a 750-seat auditorium, a voice rehearsal room, a music technology lab, and an instrumental rehearsal lab. These spaces allow students to advance instruction in concert band, jazz band, percussion, orchestra, choir, guitar, electric keyboard, computer-generated music, and more.
The event included student-led guided tours, and amazing music performances on stage by the talented students from Moorlands Elementary, Canyon Park Middle School, Fernwood Elementary, Inglemoor High School, and Bothell High School, followed by remarks from Northshore School District staff and students. The event concluded with a breathtaking piano performance by an Inglemoor High School Junior and the anticipated ribbon-cutting ceremony.
We partnered with Hutteball + Oremus Architecture for the electrical and lighting design of this beautiful project. Music and performing arts are an integral part of education within the Northshore School District, and this new building is a testament to that commitment.
